Enable synchronization at 11AM and 10PM¶

To use the command, you must have at least the following permissions:

Description¶
Enable automatic data and clan synchronization at 11AM and 10PM every day from the 1st to the 11th of the month.

Parameters :
- channel : Mention the room/channel for synchronization logs
